Order Processing Time

Order processing time is separate from shipping time. All orders are carefully verified, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We always strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $7.90 USD applies to every order.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

Although we work closely with our shipping partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change.

Before Processing

If your order has not yet entered processing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund.

After Processing

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer need the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
